St. Teresa's Bookmark: "Let nothing trouble thee"

Today is the feast of the holy Catholic Mystic, St. Teresa of Avila. We are posting her famous "bookmark", with its pious maxims that she kept dear to her heart, and that we should too!

Let nothing trouble thee,

Let nothing affright thee.

All things are passing;

Only God is changeless.

Patience gains all things.

Who hath God, wanteth nothing.

God alone sufficeth.

-St. Teresa of Avila
