Cardinal Siri Administering Holy Communion Oct. 13, 1955
On October 13, 1955, 80,000 Italian young athletes of the C.I.S. (Centro Sportivo Italiano) gathered for a sporting competition. The evening before the event, they attended the Holy Tridentine Mass in the Eternal City. Pius XII's hand-picked successor, Cardinal Joseph Siri, is shown administering Communion to the Catholic youth.

Regularized... meaning he was removed of any censor for receiving ordination outside of the Catholic Church, and was formally approved by the Pope (Gregory XVII) to offer Catholic (True) Sacraments, for the Church. (He received canonical mission.)
